About my changing cell phone numbers

This is an amazing story of my own. About my changing cell phone numbers.Now currently it is my fifth new number.The first one was my airtel number which had lifetime validity but it was a little costly.Calling rates were 1 rupee to any mobile per minute same was with messaging.
I got bored with this scheme so opted for Friendz.It was good if u have friends having Airtel.10p calling from 3 to 5 pm and during happy hours.but there was also monthly rental of 1 rupee.This numbr was going fine.
Then one day suddenly two persons came to my house saying they had a new wonderful scheme in Airtel which they were offering only for some selected Airtel customers.The scheme was like this:300 rupees fixed monthly rental .in that 300 min talktime to any local mobile and 300 messages free every month.plus they offered free trip to Krazy Castle for two persons in Nagpur which is a water park.I accepted the scheme and my number also changed.It was a postpaid scheme.
But later on i realised it is costing me more than enough.So i shifted it from postpaid to prepaid.My number did not change.
Everything was going fine.But suddenly there was a tragedy with me.My cell phone got lost.and with it also my sim card.It was frustating moment for me.Hope such a day never comes in anybody's life.Then i had a choice of creating a duplicate sim card or having a new number.I opted for new sim card which was of Friendz 3.
But when u purchase a new sim card,for it to work fine u need to attend the verification call from the customer center,which i unfortunately missed it due to college,etc.And i had a lot of problems,all of the calls were barred due to incomplete verification.for this i contacted customer care,they told me submit the documents again.I did that too,but no response.Then my friend scolded somewhat to that person in customer care.My number again started working well.But it was the story for only 2 months.Then again the same problem ,my calls were barred.Then i myself contacted Customer Care,he said to my great surprise that the number has been recycled.I was astonished at this.I said at office that i want a free sim card of friendz 3.The said u can get of lifetime but not of friendz.I was helpless and embarassed.A thought came to my mind of not using mobile anymore.But Life Must Go On.
So i decided to purchase new sim card.I got it and to my great delight i also attended verification call......hehehe.......i am happy now and everything going on fine now.
Thats a sad but happy ending story of my cell numbers.
